On the first day of my project, you and your crew showed up and started right to work. I was especially impressed that you, Mr. Serna, was the foreman of the project, and that you worked just as hard right along beside your men as they did! I never saw anyone slack off and the project was done in 3 days! You and your employees were so polite, and I felt comfortable with every aspect throughout the entire job. You and your men made sure I was happy with plant placement, power-washing, cleanup, etc. and several of your employees even thanked me for providing them with the job when it was all over. Your dedication to customer service during and after the completion of the job is wonderful!

“My husband and I had the pleasure of contracting Quality Concrete & Landscape for our backyard project in June of 2011. Our experience had been grim prior to contacting Quality due to very poor customer service on behalf of 15 other companies we had contacted to give us a quote. Some of these company’s owners would set appointments but failed to show up or even call to change the date or time.  Others just didn’t return messages. When I called Quality, I was really just expecting another upset, but our phone call was answered right away and the estimator (Tim Akers) actually returned our call within 15 minutes to set an appointment for the following day.  Tim was professional and seemed like he knew what he was talking about over the phone, so I was really hoping that he wouldn’t pull a ‘no-show’ like the others. Tim said he would call me prior to showing up at the scheduled time and he did so. That in itself said a lot about the company!

 When Tim showed up, he measured our area, showed us pictures of previous landscape jobs he had worked on, and took the time to wait for us to make up our mind on what we wanted done while adding great suggestions. We had been told that it would take about a week to complete the project (again we held our breath because our last “project” estimated to take 3-4 weeks lasted 4 months).  On day 1 the crew (more than 1 guy!) showed up bright and early and got straight to work.  My backyard looked like there were ants crawling all over the place because so many workers were on hand and scurrying to get things done.  At the end of the day, all the previous landscaping had been removed and the layout of the new plan had been completed. By the end of day 2 most of the work had been completed, and on day 3 they just did touch-up work and were done by noon!  Although they worked so fast, we never felt rushed into anything and Tim always took the time to answer any questions and even took us shopping for our plants!

I can’t say enough about how great this company is. All others, landscaping or not, can take note from Quality because no one else comes close to their professionalism, customer service, quality, and value!  The workmanship was flawless and the end result was way more than ever expected.
